Task#4- Regularly Scheduled Project Meetings Task Description Coordination meetings between the Owner, Engineer,and GC/CM,beginning at Notice to Proceed for Preconstruction Services and continuing until negotiation of final MACC is completed. Quarterly Executive Meetings will also be scheduled to review any high level issues and ensure that the Partnering Meeting goals are being met.
