(ICF) entered into a Professional Services Agreement for services in support of the City's Clean Water Act 404/401 permit application for proposed expansion of the Water Pollution Control Facility. The proposed expansion would allow the City to meet anticipated wastewater and storm water treatment needs. Additional work is required to complete the wetlands delineation, incorporate new aerial photos into graphics for submittals and complete additional research documenting historic geologic features encountered during an on-site soil evaluation. This work is necessary to assure a complete 404/401 application package is submitted to the Corps. An additional expenditure of$4,920.00 is required. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with ICF Jones& Stokes,Inc. in support of the City's Clean Water Permit application for the Water Pollution Control Facility for the additional expenditure of$4,920.00. 53
