Ii <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> ICF JONES & STOKES,INC. <br /> The City and ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc. (ICF) agree to amend and modify their professional <br /> services agreement dated May 30, 2012 (the "Agreement") as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the City and ICF entered into an Agreement dated May 30, 2012 to provide services <br /> in support of the City's Clean Water Act 404/401 permit application for proposed expansion of <br /> the Water Pollution Control Facility to meet anticipated wastewater and storm water treatment <br /> needs; and <br /> WHEREAS, additional compensation in the amount of$4,920.00 is needed to complete the <br /> project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett desires continued assistance from ICF for such services on the <br /> project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and ICF agree to amend their Agreement to: (a) increase the maximum <br /> compensation by an additional $4,920.00 from the current contract level of$101,607 to <br /> $106,527 and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and ICF agree to amend and modify the Agreement as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 4(D) is modified to read as follows: • <br /> Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a <br /> maximum of One hundred six thousand five hundred twenty seven Dollars <br /> ($106,527). <br /> 2. The effective date of this Amendment is . <br /> 3.
