Amendment No. 1 will change the scope of service to add emphasis <br /> on federal legislation,funding,regulatory,and military matters. Key issues include: fiscal matters in FY'14 <br /> federal funding,transportation,freight mobility and transit; community and economic development; <br /> infrastructure funding;public safety;utilities and water resources;higher education/workforce training; and <br /> defense and energy.
