Higher Education and workforce-training funding in coordination and cooperation with Washington State University,University Center of North Puget Sound, Everett Community College and the Workforce Development Council. . ® Utilities and Infrastructure: o Support legislative requests and funding for water line construction to the Tulalip Tribes Reservation as per the City of Everett and The Tulalip Tribes Agreement of September 16,2005.The Tulalip Tribes/City of Everett agreement provides the framework for water delivery to the Tribe for its Reservation use, including fisheries, mutual financial contributions to the construction of a pipeline,and a pledge of cooperation in obtaining funding for the pipeline construction: • o Bond St. CSO Project: As mandated by the federal government the City is required to have construction completed by the end of 2014. • Grant advocacy for parks, land use and the environment, infrastructure, law enforcement,domestic violence,homeland security,economic development, 109
