13 <br /> E <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> WHEREAS,Animal Rescue Foundation(ARF) offered up to $20,000 towards the <br /> expenses of services and equipment for the spay and neuter clinic in the Everett Animal <br /> Shelter; and <br /> WHEREAS,ARF has offered to make a cash donation not to exceed$20,000 for support <br /> services provided by the Animal Shelter spay and neuter clinic; and <br /> WHEREAS,EMC 2.105.020 grants the Mayor authority to conditionally accept gifts of <br /> personal property and the Mayor does recommend acceptance of this gift of$20,000 <br /> towards the Everett Animal Shelter spay and neuter clinic; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Everett accepts the <br /> gift of$20,000 from ARF towards the cost of the medical services provided by the <br /> Everett Animal Services spay and neuter clinic. <br /> Councilperson Introducing the Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF , 2012 <br /> Council President <br /> 134 <br />
