16 <br /> ASSIGNMENT OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> Amendment Number 2 <br /> to <br /> State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement Number 2010-WPC-117 <br /> for <br /> Master Contracts,Consulting and Oversight <br /> State Purchasing Cooperative <br /> This Amendment Number 2 to Department of Enterprise Services Intergovernmental <br /> Agreement Number 2010-WPC-117 is made and entered by and between the State of <br /> Washington Department of Enterprise Services, hereinafter referred to as"DES",and City of <br /> Everett, hereinafter referred to as"COOPERATIVE MEMBER".
