We did brief the council about the <br /> Planning Commission recommendation, and a question arose about the potential for use of the <br /> KC site for green energy initiatives the Navy may be interested in pursuing. We explained <br /> that in our discussions with Naval Station Everett that we were advised the Navy is not <br /> interested in acquiring the KC property.
