<br /> service road area_ A pile-or fill-supported walkway 3 feet to 10 feet wide must include
<br /> cnvirnnrrtental enhancement with sufficient analysis and mitigation to ensure no net loss of
<br /> ecological functions. The sections in Figure 11 illustrate the proposed approach. Kimberly-
<br /> Clark currently owns the tidelands. The project would require the City to work with
<br /> Kimberly-Clark to acquire the tidelands or a tidelands easement.
