3 <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Document the original SRRWA demand forecasts prepared in 1996 and 2000. <br /> 2. Document historical demands for the period 1996-2012 for SWRWA members,as well as for <br /> the City of Bothell (Bothell). <br /> 3. Assemble the portion of the revised demand forecast from Task 4 for the period 2013-2051 <br /> that represents the SWWRA members, as well as Bothell. <br /> 4. Prepare a comparative analysis for 1996-2021 of the original SRRWA demand forecasts <br /> and actual historical demands and revised forecasts for SRRWA members and Bothell, <br /> including the following: <br /> • Realized and projected change/reduction in per unit demand (e.g., per capita demand, <br /> average use per ERU). <br /> • Realized and projected change/reduction in total water demands <br /> • Realized and projected change/reduction in water demand (system wide or per ERU) <br /> attributable to conservation/water use efficiency, to the degree possible. <br /> • Realized change/reduction in industrial water use for Everett (i.e., Kimberly Clark) <br /> • Realized change in residential/commercial water connections (1996-2012). <br /> • Realized change in total water consumption annually(1996-2012) <br /> • General observations regarding the availability of new regional water supply sources, as <br /> documented by the Water Supply Forum's 2012 Regional Water Supply Update. <br /> • General observations/data regarding SPU water supply status, per capita use trends, <br /> and projected supply/demandstatus, as documented in SPU's 2013 Water System Plan <br /> 5. Prepare a comparative analysis for 2021-2051 of the original SRRWA demand forecasts <br /> and revised forecasts for SRRWA members and Bothell including the following: <br /> • Projected change/reduction in per unit demand (e.g., per capita demand, average use <br /> per ERU). <br /> • Projected change/reduction in total water demands. <br /> • Projected change/reduction in water demand (system wide or per ERU) attributable to <br /> conservation/water use efficiency, to the degree possible. <br /> • General observations regarding the availability of new regional water supply sources as <br /> documented by the Water Supply Forum's 2012 Regional Water Supply Update. <br /> • General observations/data regarding SPU water supply status, per capita use trends, <br /> and projected supply/demand status, as documented in SPU's 2013 Water System Plan <br /> 6. Prepare a summary TM that includes the findings of the analysis. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. City staff and Tom Mortimer(as authorized by the City under separate contract) will work <br /> with HDR to provide data from Tom Mortimer's SRRWA files; including previous demand <br /> projections from 1996 and 2000. <br /> 2. Assist in providing available data for the Woodinville WD, Northshore UD, Bothell. <br /> 3. Review and comment on draft TM. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. City and Tom Mortimer will assist with this task. <br /> 2.
