a <br /> Everett Police Department <br /> Code Enforcement Unit <br /> 7/21/2015 RE: CE15-0670 <br /> Dehn Sin — Registered Agent <br /> Dehn & Fung Investments LLC <br /> 3525 Chicago St <br /> SEATTLE, WA 98118 <br /> Violation Address: 7815 Evergreen Way Everett, WA. 98203-6429 <br /> Dear Dehn & Fung Investments LLC, <br /> Failure to comply with the conditions listed in this notice, may result in a hearing <br /> before the City's Hearing Examiner and a fine and/or costs being assessed <br /> against you. <br /> An inspection of your premises/property located at 7815 EVERGREEN WAY, was <br /> made on July 1, 2015. The inspection revealed multiple dumpsters are visible on the <br /> property although the original site plan for the property included only one dumpster with <br /> an approved screen. The current conditions are a violation of Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC) 19.31B.070.E which reads: <br /> 1. EMC 19.31B.070 Design standards—Site planning. <br /> The design standards of this section shall apply to all development within the E-1 <br /> and MUO zones. The planning director may allow modification of design standards <br /> to permit a design that meets the intent of this chapter and provides a superior <br /> design treatment than could be achieved if those standards were strictly applied. <br /> The director's review of proposed modifications under this section shall be governed <br /> by the procedures established in Title 15 for Review Process Il. <br /> E. Service Areas and Mechanical Equipment. The intent of this provision is to <br /> minimize adverse visual, olfactory, or auditory impacts of mechanical equipment and <br /> service areas at ground and roof levels; provide adequate, durable, well-maintained, <br /> and accessible service and equipment areas; and protect residential uses and <br /> adjacent properties from impacts due to location and utilization of service areas. <br /> Everett Police Department,Code Enforcement Unit•//3002 Wetmore Ave• Everett, WA 98201 •425-257-8560 <br />
