Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. Provide section and/or details showing how existing roof structure is supported to the <br /> foundation. <br /> 2. Specify minimum header size at existing living room windows for addition of deck load <br /> above. Also header at front porch in the same line as the windows at the living room. <br /> 3. Shearwall schedule was not included with the submittal. <br /> 4. There are several places that call out references to details on sheets that are not in the <br /> plan set. Specifically sheet S-3.0 and S-4.0 and there is no sheet S-1.0. <br /> 5. Specify area of all work, i.e. finish basement area, upper floor remodel and addition <br /> area. <br /> 6. Provide section at proposed roof deck. Show all structural components and installed <br /> insulation (R-49 required in ceiling). Show flashing at house.
