If during the course <br /> of construction the Contractor desires or feels it necessary to make changes in the <br /> schedule logic, these changes should be identified, highlighted, and specifically and <br /> expressly brought to the attention of the City's Representative and City along with the <br /> schedule update. <br /> An updated progress schedule shall show changes occurring since submission of the <br /> previous updated progress schedule such as: i <br /> 1. Major changes in scope; ■ <br /> 2. Activities modified since previous submission; <br /> 3. Revised projection for construction completion,as applicable; and <br /> 4. Any other changes. <br /> Contractor shall submit an updated progress schedule for review by the City and City's <br /> 111 <br /> Representative, at the weekly construction meeting or as otherwise as requested by City's <br /> Representative or City. Any deviation from the Baseline Schedule shall be explained by <br /> the Contractor, including the cause and effect of the deviation. Contractor shall state in <br /> writing the corrective measures it will take to bring the progress of the Work back in line <br /> with the Baseline Schedule. <br /> Once an actual start or completion date is stated in a submitted progress schedule, <br /> Contractor shall not change schedule without prior written agreement of the City and <br /> City's Representative. <br /> With each submitted updated progress schedule, Contractor shall provide a written <br /> narrative report that identifies anticipated or actual deviations from the Baseline <br /> Schedule, causes of the deviations, and the impact of the deviations on the schedule and <br /> describes the corrective action taken or proposed, and its effect. <br /> 1-08.3(3) Schedule Updates 1 <br /> Delete 1-08.3(3)and substitute the following: <br /> 1-08.3(3) Schedule Format and Content <br /> (******) <br /> 1-08.3(3)A Schedule Format <br /> All schedules shall be in the following form: <br /> 1. Network analysis system using the current version of Microsoft Project software <br /> and the critical path method, as outlined in The Associated General Contractors <br /> of America(AGC)publication "The Use of CPM in Construction -A Manual for <br /> General Contractors." <br /> 2. Sequence of Listings: The chronological order of the start of each activity of <br /> Work. Listings on Progress Schedule and Schedule of Values shall be the same. <br /> 3. Scale and Spacing: To provide space for notations and revisions. <br /> 4. Each schedule and update shall be provided in three (3) paper copies and three <br /> (3) electronic copies in current Microsoft Project 2007 format. Paper copies shall <br /> be on a single sheet of paper and of sufficient size to allow legibility of schedule. <br /> Pieces of the schedule on separate sheets of paper that must be taped together to <br /> form schedule are not permitted. Electronic copies shall be submitted on either <br /> separate CD-ROMs or as email attachment to City's Representative. <br /> 5.
