I <br /> This lump sum bid item includes all costs associated with furnishing all labor, materials, and <br /> other equipment necessary for restoring and replacing permanent traffic marking, including and <br /> not limited to, stop bars, turn arrows, lettering, crosswalks, reflectors, delineators, and lane or <br /> fog-line striping removed or damaged by the Contractor's work in accordance with the COE <br /> Standard Drawing No. 720, Special Provisions and Plans. <br /> Bid Item 52—LS#9 MECHANICAL SCREENING EQUIPMENT,COMPLETE <br /> Specification Section 8-26 <br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum <br /> The Lump Sum price for LS #9 Mechanical Screening Equipment shall be full compensation for <br /> all labor, material, tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the work including, <br /> ' but not be limited to, all costs for furnishing and installing vertical bar screen equipment, <br /> including startup & testing; electrical connections and associated appurtenances defined in the <br /> specifications and shown on the Plans. <br /> No specific unit of measure shall apply to the lump sum item of LS #9 Flow Screen Equipment <br /> and Structure. <br /> Bid Item 53—TEMPORARY ACCESS DRIVE <br /> Specification Section 8-32 <br /> 1 Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum <br /> The lump sum bid item for Temporary Access Drive shall be full compensation for materials, <br /> work, labor and equipment necessary to construct, maintain, and deconstruction the temporary <br /> access drive for the duration of the project as specified in the Special Provisions and shown on <br /> the Contract Plans, including maintenance and/or repair, to the satisfaction of the engineers; and <br /> restoration of the site as indicate on the plans to the pre-temporary access drive conditions and as <br /> directed by the City. <br /> Temporary pavement markings and removal/replacement of curbs, sidewalks, and permanent <br /> pavement markings on East Marine View Drive are paid for separately under the applicable bid <br /> items. <br /> I <br /> 1 I <br /> I <br /> HAYES STREET REGULATOR February, 2017 <br /> AND CSO CONTROLS (SRO1,SRO2,AND SRO3) <br /> WO No—UP3398-31 SP - 41 <br />
