The Contractor is responsible for 'all Work shown or <br /> ' described,regardless of location(s)in the Contract Documents. <br /> 1-04.1(3)C Discrepancies in Specifications and Plans <br /> 1-04.1(3)C(1) Errors and Omissions <br /> ' If the Contractor becomes aware of any errors or omissions in the Contract <br /> Documents or in the City's field work, it shall immediately inform the City's <br /> Representative in writing. The City's Representative will promptly review the matter <br /> ' and if it fmds an error or omission has been made; it will determine the corrective <br /> actions and advise the Contractor accordingly. If the corrective work associated with <br /> an error or omission increases or decreases the amount of Work called for in the <br /> ' Contract, the City will issue an appropriate Change Order.
