The Contractor's report shall be provided on DOT form <br /> 350-075 Recycled Materials Reporting. <br /> 1-07 LEGAL RELATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 1-07.1 Laws to be Observed <br /> Supplement 1-07.1 by adding the following: <br /> The Contractor shall be in compliance with all applicable standards, orders, or requirements <br /> issued under Section 306 of the Clear Air Act [42 U.S.C. 1857(h)], Section 508 of the Clean <br /> Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 11738, and Environmental Protection Agency <br /> IPRegulations (40 CFR Part 15). (Contracts, subcontracts, and subgrants of amounts in excess of <br /> $100,000). <br /> The Contractor shall comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy <br /> efficiency that are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the <br /> Energy Policy and Conservation Act(Pub. L. 94-163). <br /> The City advises all general contractors and subcontractors that numerous Federal, State, and <br /> Local regulations exist that could affect the procedures used in the completion of this project. <br /> The City advises each prospective Contractor that they are responsible to be aware of and <br /> comply with all applicable statutes and regulations. It is recommended that each Contractor <br /> contact the local office of the following agencies for a list of applicable regulations and <br /> requirements that might affect the implementation of this project: <br /> • Federal Environmental Protection Agency <br /> • Washington Department of Health <br /> • Washington Department of Ecology <br /> • Washington Department of Fisheries <br /> • Washington Department of Wildlife <br /> • Washington Department of Labor&Industries <br /> • Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency <br /> • Municipal Building Department <br /> • Municipal Planning Department <br /> • Municipal Public Works Department <br /> If the scope of Work in this Contract includes Work at the City of Everett Water Filtration Plant <br /> or the Waste Water Pollution Control Facility, Contractor shall comply with the requirements of 1 <br /> the Washington Department of Labor & Industries for such work including, but not limited to, <br /> Chapter 296-67 WAC. All costs associated or incurred in complying with these regulations or <br /> any other regulations listed above are included in the Contractor's Proposal. <br /> In cases of conflict between different safety regulations, the more stringent regulation shall <br /> apply. <br /> The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries shall be the sole and paramount <br /> administrative agency responsible for the administration of the provisions of the Washington <br /> Industrial Safety and Health Act of 1973 (WISHA). <br /> The Contractor shall maintain at the project site office, or other well-known place at the project <br /> site, all articles necessary for providing first aid to the injured. The Contractor shall establish, <br /> publish, and make known to all employees, procedures for ensuring immediate removal to a <br /> hospital, or doctor's care, persons, including employees, who may have been injured on the <br /> project site.
