s1 R 15 7. Workshop will be 4 hours in length, and will include 1 hour of travel time and 1 hour for preparation and meeting notes following the workshop for a total of 6 hours per workshop. Workshops will be attended by up to 4 consultant staff (Project Manager, Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, and Structural Engineer). 8. Draft Pre -Design Report comments will be provided within two weeks 9. Final Design Report will be provided two weeks after Pre -Design Report comments are received. Deliverables 1. Draft and final Pre -Design Report in electronic (Word and PDF, emailed) format. 2. Decision log and issues log for review/comment by the City summarizing decisions made and direction going forward with Final Design. Task 400 — Permit Acquisition and Environmental Services Objectives 1. Identify the permits necessary for the project. Assistance with acquisition of permits will be during the design phase. 2. Environmental studies and documentation necessary to support the permitting process. Subtask 400.1 Review Existing Information and Site Visit HDR Services 1. Review existing information provided by the City. 2. Participate in a site visit to the project area to confirm natural and built environment conditions to. assist in confirming permit and environmental requirements. Client Responsibilities 1. Provide information that is available and/or requested. 2. Provide existing reports and studies, documenting the sediments of the Oxidation Pond and constraints associated with disturbing these materials. Assumptions 1. ► he site visit will take 4 hours and be attended by the Permit Specialist and Environmental Scientist. Deliverables 1. None.
