The Consultant Permit Lead and Environmental Scientist will attend the meetings. <br />4. The remainder of agency coordination, will take place via telephone or email and will <br />document specific permit submittal requirements. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Draft and final City of Everett Pre -Application meeting request (PDF, via email). <br />2. Draft and final agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes delivered to the City <br />(PDF, via email). <br />3. Telephone conversation records documenting key agency/stakeholder conversations. <br />Subtask 400.3 Permit Matrix/Permit Tracking Table/Schedule <br />-HDR Services <br />1. Prepare a Permit Matrix that includes the following information: list of permits/approvals, <br />agency requiring permit, permit trigger, detailed application submittal information, <br />processing time, and agency contact information. <br />2. Prepare a Permit/Approval Status table for tracking permit submittals during the design <br />phase. <br />3. Develop or provide input to project schedule linking permitting tasks to environmental <br />studies and design levels as appropriate for each permitiapproval. <br />Client Responsibilities <br />1. Review and provide comments on the Permit Matrix. <br />Assumptions <br />1. The Permit Matrix will be a stand alone table that will be up to two pages in length. <br />2. The Permit/Approval Status table %vill become the primary managennent/tracking tool for <br />the permifting process during the design phase. <br />3.
