%4 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br />entitled "Snohomish River/Langus Park Public Access <br />Pedestrian Bridge" Fund 303, Program 057, as established <br />by Ordinance No. 3256-12. <br />WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Snohomish River/Langus Park Public <br />Access Pedestrian Bridge" Fund 303, Program 057, was established to provide identified <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been abandoned due to the lack of construction <br />funding; and <br />WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the field to be paid nor uncollected <br />revenues to be received; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: <br />That the special improvement project entitled "Snohomish River/Langus Park Public Access <br />Pedestrian Bridge" Fund 303, Program 057, as established by Ordinance No. 3256-12, be <br />closed. <br />Section 2: <br />That the final expenses and revenues for the "Snohomish River/Langus Park Public Access <br />Pedestrian Bridge" Fund 303, Program 057, are as follows: = _.. <br />A. Expenses <br />Preliminary Engineering Costs $ 577,087 <br />FHWA Repayment 239,248 <br />Funds Transfer 300,000 <br />Total Expenses <br />14 <br />$ 1,116,335 <br />
