17 <br />L. <br />M. <br />Q <br />However, "mobile equipment" does not include <br />land vehicles that are subject to a compulsory or <br />financial responsibility law or other motor vehicle <br />insurance law where it is licensed or principally <br />garaged. Land vehicles subject to a compulsory or <br />financial responsibility law or other motor vehicle <br />insurance law are considered "autos." <br />"Pollutants" means any solid, liquid, gaseous or <br />thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, <br />vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and <br />waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, <br />reconditioned or reclaimed. <br />"Property damage" means damage to or loss of <br />use of tangible property. <br />"Suit" means a civil proceeding in which: <br />1. Damages because of "bodily injury" or <br />"property damage'; or <br />2.
