This amendment would add $50,000 of potential additional compensation to Fitch's professional <br />services agreement with the City, for the purpose of Fitch completing the review and for Fitch to prepare for <br />and attend future Council meetings and future Council committee meetings. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Fitch & <br />Associates, in substantially the form provided. <br />61 <br />
