Year io Monitoring of the Smith Island/Union Slough Habitat Restoration Site I Everett Public Works <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • All monitoring points will be safe to access by walking in the site at low tide, similar <br /> to their accessibility during Year 1 and Year 4 monitoring. <br /> • The report section will include compilation of data as presented in the Year i report <br /> and the Year 4 technical summary memo(1-19-12). <br /> • RTK GPS survey equipment will be able to collect data at each point to the level of <br /> accuracy needed for the purpose of this monitoring. This task includes a one week <br /> rental of RTK GPS survey equipment that will be billed as a direct expense to the <br /> project. <br /> 5. Annual Monitoring Report <br /> • Create fully edited and compiled Year io report with all necessary sections and <br /> appendices, including summary of anticipated completion of all required goals and <br /> performance standards. <br /> • QC review of draft by project director familiar with project and requirements. <br /> • Transmittal of draft to EPDF for one round of client review and comment. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Editing and production of electronic draft of report in WORD, incorporation of <br /> one round of client comments provided in track changes, and production of 4 <br /> hard copies of final report for distribution by client to regulatory agencies. <br /> 6. Project Management, Client Coordination, and Agency Coordination <br /> • ICF's project manager and financial administrative assistant will be responsible for <br /> administering the contract, scheduling sampling dates and resources, handling team <br /> communication (both internally and with client team), responding to requests for <br /> information, preparing invoices,tracking budget, and related project management and <br /> administration tasks. <br /> • Coordination includes internal coordination within the ICF project team regarding <br /> schedules, budget, project progress, and project approach,as well as regular direct <br /> coordination with EPWD project manager as necessary regarding items such as site <br /> access, schedule,task status, and results. <br /> • Up to 6 hours coordination or in-person meetings with Corps and/or Ecology regulatory <br /> staff is included to facilitate close-out of the project's required monitoring. <br /> • ICF will manage the project on a total budget basis, but would track and report hours by <br /> task. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly progress reports and invoices and related client coordination by email or <br /> phone. <br /> 11/ <br /> "ICF Page 5 <br />
