Year io Monitoring ofthe_Smith Island/Union Slough Habitat Restoration Site I Everett Public Works
• Emails regarding project status, questions, results, etc.to client.
Assumptions:
• Project will proceed according to schedule, and will last no more than 18 months
(April 2017 through October 2017, per client request to accommodate agency
review and approval of the final Monitoring Report).
• Project schedule and duration assumes EPWD provides ICF with Notice to Proceed
by approximately April 28 in order to schedule spring water quality monitoring
within appropriate season in early May.
• Not more than 2 hours per month for the project manager for invoicing and
internal coordination and one-half hour per month for the project director and
financial assistant will be necessary to comply with invoicing requirements over the
course of the main 12 months of the contract.
• Coordination with ICF internal team anticipated to average 1 hour per month over
the final 6 months of this scope of work.
• Client coordination anticipated to average 0.5 hour per month for the main 12
active months of the project.
• Internal team coordination is included up to the amount indicated in the cost
estimate.
7. Unauthorized Additional Services
ICF will perform requested additional services up to the budget allocated for this task at the
specific authorization of EPWD. ICF will prepare a bulleted SOW and cost estimate for all
requested services and will not perform services under this take unless specifically authorized
by EPWD to do so.
Cost Estimate
The City shall pay a sum equal to the amount of hours actually worked multiplied by the rate
identified herein for the staff performing the Work, subject to the maximum stated in paragraph
4(d)of the Professional Service Agreement.
The cost estimate presumes approximately 92.5%of the work proposed herein would occur in 2017 and
approximately 7.5%would occur in the next year(i.e. 2018) and the labor escalation is calculated based
on this assumption. Any additional services authorized under Task 7 are assumed to occur in 2018.
Schedule
ICF will begin work immediately after receipt of the double-signed contract. Schedule incorporates
assumptions listed in tasks above and assumes Everett signed contract and Notice to Proceed no later
than April 28, 2017 in order conduct spring water quality monitoring within appropriate season in early
May 2017.
♦I
Page 6 ICF
