Boys and Girls Club — Cascade Club Improvements <br /> The Boys and Girls Club will use these funds to make improvements to the Cascade Club, <br /> located at 7600 Cascade Drive, including: siding, windows, a security system, irrigation and <br /> landscaping, HVAC, and lighting. <br /> Recommended 2010 CDBG Funds: $63,780.00 <br /> 12. Boys and Girls Club — Casino Road Club Improvements <br /> The Boys and Girls Club will use these funds to install a security system at the Casino Road <br /> Club, located at 535 Casino Road. <br /> Recommended 2010 CDBG Funds: $9,722.00 <br /> 13. Boys and Girls Club — North Everett Club Improvements <br /> The Boys and Girls Club will use these funds to make improvements to the North Everett <br /> Club, located at 2316 12th Street, including: storage cabinets, lighting, a security system, <br /> and soundboards in both gyms. <br /> Recommended 2010 CDBG Funds: $105,742.00 <br /> 14. ArtSpace — Everett Lofts <br /> ArtSpace is building a four story mixed use building with 40 units of affordable housing for <br /> individuals and families, these funds will be used to help complete funding for 11 of the <br /> units. Also included in the project but not funded with City of Everett funds is an arts and <br /> education center to be owned and operated by the Arts Council of Snohomish County. <br /> Recommended 2010 HOME Funding $20,000.00 <br /> Recommended 2010 2060 Funding $80,000.00 <br /> 15. Friends of Youth — Roof Replacement <br /> Friends of Youth will replace roofing and insulation at their transitional living facility for <br /> homeless young adults located at 1734 121st Street SE. <br /> Recommended 2010 2060 Funding $7,084.00 <br />
