Many of these projects are costly to develop, can be developed for greenways and trails <br /> but they have a high return on investment. Capital cost <br /> numbers are not listed because the construction costs are <br /> constantly changing and it is difficult to predict accurately until <br /> such time the improvement is scheduled to come on live. The <br /> following generalized projects and project types are examples <br /> recommended for the Capital Improvement Program:- <br /> Acquire land for Neighborhood and Community Parks <br /> Enhance and upgrade all existing parks and sports <br /> fields <br /> Create a Riverfront Park and Harborfront Trail <br /> Create a Downtown Park <br /> Develop Phase 2 of the 10th Street Marine Park <br /> Add Additional Soccer Fields <br /> Enhance Silver Lake Park improvements <br /> Create (24) miles of New Trails <br /> Develop (2) Community Centers <br /> 8 Everett Parks and Recreation <br />
