WHEREAS, the Board of Park Commissioners amended its recommended six year <br /> capital improvement plan (2010—2015)to incorporate the elements of the Riverfront <br /> Development Public Amenities Master Plan at its April 13, 2010 regular meeting; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council: <br /> 1) Hereby adopts the Everett Parks and Recreation Department's Six Year Capital <br /> Improvement Plan(Appendix 11 to the Parks and Recreation Strategic Master <br /> Plan) and designates the updated Strategic Master Plan as the Everett Parks and <br /> Recreation Comprehensive Plan through December 31, 2015. <br /> 2) The Everett Parks and Recreation Department is authorized to re-format the <br /> Comprehensive Plan as necessary to insure consistency with requirements of any <br /> federal, state or local governmental agency related to the Department's eligibility <br /> to submit and receive grant funding awards. <br /> 3) That the Six Year Capital Improvement Plan(2010—2015)projects' matrix of <br /> Appendix 11 be updated and approved by the Everett City Council at least once <br /> every two years. <br /> ouncilperso troducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of May , 2010 <br /> Council President <br /> 2 <br />
