These have required minor changes to our original <br /> engineering dated December 29, 2010. <br /> The attic trusses overstress the existing 6x6 rim beams. The simplest way to resolve this is to add <br /> additional 20x20 footings and posts between the existing posts. Engineering calculations are attached <br /> to support this recommendation. <br /> Revised shear wall locations and added footings are called out and shown on the plans which are <br /> marked-up and stamped.
