Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The plans submitted do not provide sufficient information to perform plan review. <br /> 2. A site plan conforming with the "City of Everett Residential Submittal Checklist" is <br /> required to be submitted with the application for a building permit. <br /> 3. When an application for a building permit is submitted for a structure that is"non- <br /> conforming" (does not meet setback and/or lot coverage rules per City of Everett zoning <br /> code), a "Certification of Non-Conforming Structure"is required to be submitted. You <br /> will need to contact the City of Everett planning department at 425-257-8731 to obtain <br /> the required paperwork to submit for the certification. <br /> 4. Walls located less than T-0"from the property line are required to be of one-hour fire- <br /> resistive construction. Provide detail for one-hour fire-resistive construction for the <br /> north wall. <br /> 5. Structures located in seismic design category"D"are required to have braced wall <br /> panels per section R602.10 International Residential Code (IRC).
