The building provides an enclosed space <br /> with a counter and cabinets, as well as an outdoor covered <br /> area with a table and columns matching those in the picnic <br /> shelters. The building may be used for potting, storage of edu- <br /> cational materials, and small classes/gatherings. <br /> A 21-foot square shed with a counter and cabinets is provided <br /> in the community gardens for potting, storage of shared tools, <br /> and posting of garden related information. <br /> Neighborhood Gathering Shelter <br /> A 20 x 30 foot open sided shelter is located in the plaza area <br /> north of the basketball court. The shelter columns, roof, and <br /> skylights match those at the picnic shelters. Four electrical out- <br /> lets are provided in the shelter area.
