NOTICE OF DECISION <br /> PLANNING DIRECTOR DECISION <br /> WIRELESS FACILITY SPU14-009 <br /> November 17, 2014 <br /> Proposal: The proposed action The proposal is installation of a 59'-11"' monopole <br /> with wireless antennas and new equipment shelter within a 30' X 30'fenced area. <br /> Applicant: American Tower Corp <br /> 116 Huntington Ave, 11th Flr <br /> Boston, MA 02116 <br /> Project Location: 1810- 104 th St SE <br /> Zoning: B-2, Community Business' <br /> General Plan: 4.3, Office <br /> Contact Person: Dave Tyler Phone: (425)257-8731 <br /> SPECIAL PROPERTY USE GENERAL EVALUATION CRITERIA <br /> Findings and Conclusions: <br /> The following findings and conclusions are based on the criteria established in section <br /> 41.150.0 of the City's Zoning Code— Special Property Use permits: <br /> 1. The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed special <br /> property use. <br /> Finding: The proposed facility will be used to provide wireless services to <br /> customers in the Everett area. Wireless services include, business, personal and <br /> emergency communications. The new facility will provide improved system <br /> capacity for AT&T. <br /> Conclusion: By improving is wireless capacity, the facility will provide a needed <br /> service in the Everett community. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a <br /> proposed use. <br /> Finding: Streets, utilities and public services are adequate to serve the <br /> proposed use.
