This proposed tower could accommodate future colocation of additional wireless <br /> antennas. <br /> 11, This proposed tower must comply with all FAA.requirements. According to the <br /> Applicant's narrative statement, the proposed 'tower would not require registration <br /> or lighting. <br /> 12. The City did not elect to require a third party review of this proposal. <br /> DECISION: The proposal is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Any safety lighting required by FAA regulations must be designed to minimize <br /> impacts on nearby residential properties. <br /> 2. This project must obtain a City of Everett building permit prior to beginning <br /> construction. <br /> 3. Screen fencing shall be provided generally as proposed in the application <br /> materials, including solid fencing around the equipment building. <br /> 4. The site and tower shall be designed to support coloration of up to two additional <br /> wireless installations (two antenna arrays and two equipment shelters) [EMC <br /> Chapter 19.41.150.D.1.b(10)]. <br /> 5. This facility shall be removed from the site if its use is discontinued for more than <br /> 120 days [EMC Chapter 19.41.150.D.1.b(8)]. <br /> This is an administrative decision that is appealablE�to the City's Land Use Hearing <br /> Examiner. Appeal forms are available from the Planning Department Permit Services <br /> Counter located at 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, and must be submitted along with the <br /> required filing fee by 5 p.m. on December 1, 2014.
