Op <br /> 7. Specify sill height of egress window in "sleeping room E" (44" max sill height measured <br /> to the bottom of the clear opening). <br /> 8. Include a plan view of the entire main floor showing all revisions proposed under this <br /> permit. <br /> 9. Label all sleeping rooms to be used for adult family home (AFH) based on room type, <br /> such as "sleeping room D, type NS1". <br /> 10. From the state checklist, "section 3- floor plan" on a separate sheet of paper (8 1/2"x <br /> 11") draw a floor plan (including all floors) of your prospective AFH. Include all sleeping <br /> rooms (bedrooms) indicating which bedroom is: A, B, C, D and E. <br /> Label all components for exiting i.e., stairs, ramps, platforms, lifts and elevators. <br /> 11. All bathrooms used by clients are required to meet the requirements of section R325.8 <br /> of the International Residential Code (IRC) provide plan and elevation views of all <br /> bathrooms (3) to clearly show grab-bar requirements in each of the three bathrooms. <br /> 12. Handrails are required on both sides of treads and risers numbering from one riser to <br /> multiple risers. Handrails shall be installed in accordance with R311.7.8 through <br /> R311.7.8.4.
