Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The "adult family home (AFH) local building inspection checklist"submitted is from a <br /> previous code, and is required to be filled out by the city inspection staff at the time of <br /> the inspection. <br /> 2. The door to the mechanical room cannot swing over steps. The plans show no added <br /> floor in this area. <br /> 3. A thickened slab or footing is required under bearing walls proposed in the garage. <br /> Provide location and section of proposed support of bearing walls. <br /> 4. Provide 1/2" GWB on garage side of sleeping room E. GWB shall extend to the underside <br /> of the roof sheathing. <br /> 5. Specify energy credit(s) per table 406.2 of the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). <br /> Show option chosen and requirements of option chosen on the plans. <br /> 6.
