May 17, 2017 <br /> David Hall provided an overview of the formal land use public hearing on <br /> the Safe Streets Supportive Housing project. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Franklin provided a Safe Streets update. She commented <br /> on her attendance at the YWCA luncheon and provided a liaison report from <br /> the Cascade View - Twin Creeks neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts commented on the Alaska Airlines <br /> announcement. He provided an update from the General Government <br /> Subcommittee meeting held earlier today and provided a liaison report from <br /> the Port Gardner neighborhood meeting. Council Member Roberts stated <br /> the Port Gardner neighborhood questioned whether they were receiving <br /> information about sex offenders in their neighborhood. <br /> Police Chief Dan Templeman provided an explanation on how citizens may <br /> receive sex offender data. <br /> Mayor Stephanson stated he would work with the Office of Neighborhoods <br /> to get that information to the neighborhoods. <br /> Council Member Moore provided a liaison update from the Public Facilities <br /> District Board meeting. He asked the Mayor and Legal Department to <br /> provide Council and citizens with notice of any binding conditions regarding <br /> Supportive Housing property. <br /> President Tuohy reported on her attendance at the Westmont-Holly and <br /> Valley View neighborhood meetings. She provided liaison updates from the <br /> Library Board and Downtown Everett Stakeholders meetings.
