May 24, 2017 <br /> Mr. Kaftanski stated he would look into this question and report back to <br /> the Council. <br /> Paul Kaftanski, at the request of Debra Bryant, Administration, spoke <br /> about the time frame. <br /> Mayor Stephanson expressed an interest in knowing out of the cities <br /> looked at, which agreements provide the greatest benefit to cities that <br /> invest. <br /> Council Member Murphy stated he is not, from a fiduciary standpoint, <br /> willing to make a rush decision, and he would not be able to support a City <br /> commitment if Council is not provided the information necessary to make <br /> a decision. <br /> Council Member Moore stated it would be good to know what the <br /> implications are for the portions of urban growth area, excluding <br /> annexation, if we did change the size and shape of south end of city if that <br /> would tip the scale for a third pool. <br /> President Tuohy stated it would be helpful to see trends from other swim <br /> pools. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Public Access <br /> Agreement with the Port of Everett, in the form substantially <br /> provided. <br /> Presented by Allan Giffen, Planning <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1705-26 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to the Business Improvement Area (BIA), <br /> extending the term, modifying the special assessment levy, and <br /> approving a three-year budget, amending Ordinance No. 2842-05, <br /> as amended <br /> Presented by Dana Oliver, Downtown Everett <br /> Association; Brian Scott, BDS Planning & Urban <br /> Design <br /> 178 <br />
