8. Detail 2/4 on Sheet 10 should be revised to show the bottom of the handrail sloping <br /> continuously 11" past the last nosing (not leveling off). <br /> 9. The door exiting storage room No. 2 requires 18" of maneuverability clearance on the <br /> latch side per ANSI A117.1 Section 404.2.3. <br /> 10. The restroom will be required to comply with ANSI A117.1, Section 603. To prevent <br /> field issues, it is recommended that you include detailing which includes: grab bar <br /> dimensions; vertical grab bar; toilet height; toilet location; sink height; dispenser <br /> location; etc. <br /> 11.
