Technical Information Report July 2015 Everett Public Storage o Minimum Requirement #5: On-Site Stormwater Management In the City of Everett, projects are required to implement on-site stormwater management BMPs to infiltrate, disperse, and retain stormwater runoff on-site to the maximum extent feasible without causing flooding, groundwater contamination, or erosion impacts. No specific on-site stormwater management features are proposed for the project site. A wet/detention vault is proposed for the project as described in Section 2.0. o Minimum Requirement #6: Runoff Treatment Water quality treatment is proposed and sized per Chapter 7 of the City of Everett SMM. See Section 4.2 Water Quality Treatment Design Analysis for details. o Minimum Requirement #7: Flow Control Stormwater discharges from the new and replaced impervious areas shall match developed discharge durations to pre-developed durations for the range of pre- developed discharge rates from 50% of the 2-year peak flow up to the full 50-year peak flow. The pre-developed condition to be matched shall be a forested land cover. Based on the City's Historical Land Cover Map, the site is located in the forested land cover area. A detention vault is proposed and sized per Chapter 3 — Detention Facilities of the City of Everett SMM. o Minimum Requirement #8: Wetland Protection There are no wetlands on-site or impacted by the proposed project. o Minimum Requirement #9: Operation and Maintenance A copy of the O&M manual shall be retained on-site or within reasonable access to the site.
