Participants in the planning process said that the top priority for the <br />Downtown Plan should be establishing a vision for what the community wants <br />downtown to become. The public feedback was overwhelmingly clear about <br />what that future should be. This plan captures that vision and identifies the <br />actions required to continue the transformation of downtown to a vibrant <br />metropolitan center. <br />The City of Everett's recent work in comprehensive planning, transportation <br />improvements, and public facilities development projects has already made <br />substantial progress in achieving the vision.
