CHAPTER 3 <br />Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities <br />While cyclists can use any street in the downtown core, there are no designated <br />bicycle lanes or other bicycle -only facilities. The Harborfront Trail touches the <br />northwest corner of the downtown core and provides connections between the <br />Everett Marina and Forest Park. However, bicycle lanes on Colby Avenue to the <br />north are terminated before reaching downtown, and there is no north -south <br />bicycle link through downtown to connect to the Interurban Trail in the south at <br />41 s` Street. There is also no east -west bicycle facility connecting to trails on <br />Highway 2. <br />Figure 23.
