EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />Several streets in downtown are designated as pedestrian -oriented street, with <br />guidelines for building frontages and restrictions on driveway access, including <br />Hoyt, Colby, Wetmore, Hewitt, and California. <br />Significant improvements to the streetscaping and pedestrian ambience have <br />been made recently on Colby and Hewitt Avenues.
