a� <br /> FINDINGS AND DECISION l vl <br /> OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW <br /> In the matter of the appeal of <br /> Thomas M. and Pamela McKee: <br /> Introduction <br /> Thomas M. and Pamela McKee appealed a Supplemental Notice and Order of the <br /> Everett Building Division. The Supplemental Notice and Order required the garage at <br /> 1115 Hoyt Avenue to be repaired by August 19, 1994 or demolished by July 19, 1994. <br /> The Appellant requested a 180 day extension of the deadline. <br /> An appeal was filed by the appellant by letter dated April 22, 1994. A hearing on the <br /> appeal was held before the Board of Review on September 12, 1994. At the hearing <br /> the following presented testimony and evidence: <br /> Thomas McKee, Appellant <br /> Pamela McKee, Appellant <br /> Dana Meeks, Neighbor <br /> Tim Tyler, Building Official <br /> At the hearing the following exhibits were submitted and are available for inspection at <br /> the Building Division: <br /> Chronology of the property; the letter of appeal; photographs of the property <br /> Supplemental Notice and Order, Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br /> Buildings <br /> Findings of Facts <br /> 1. The Appellant has appealed the Building Divisions Supplemental Notice and <br /> Order requiring the repair or demolition of a garage at 1115 Hoyt Avenue. <br /> 2. The garage is a detached structure located adjacent to the alley. <br /> 3. The Notice and Order was issued to enforce the summer 1994 deadline agreed <br /> upon by the Appellant and the City to address the deteriorated condition of the <br /> garage. <br /> 4-� <br />
