NON-CONFORMING BUILDING <br /> CERTIFICATION x#00-026 <br /> PLANNING DIRECTOR DETERMINATION <br /> Applicant: Marilyn Ceresa, 3331 Hoyt Ave, Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Description of property structure(s) being certified: <br /> Zoning: R-5 Multiple Family Residential <br /> Tax Parcel Number: 4369-790-016-0013 <br /> Site Address: 3331 Hovt Ave <br /> Based upon the applicant's information: <br /> The subject parcel is an approximately 25' wide by 120' deep sice. The site is developed <br /> with a single-family residence. The residence has non-conforming setbacks from the north <br /> and south side property lines. According to Snohomish County Assessor's records the <br /> building was constructed in 1905. The applicant proposes a 13'-6" by 19' addition to the <br /> rear of the residence and an 8' by 11' shed. A Review Process :1 (##00-023) approval for <br /> expansion along non-conforming setbacks and a building permit is required for the proposal. <br /> The above structure(s) meets the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect at the time of <br /> construction and I hereby find that the above structure(s) are legal non-conforming under the <br /> City of Everett Zoning Code. This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that the <br /> information upon which it is based is erroneous. <br /> Paul A.
