September 9, 2015 <br />Kathleen Coker, Everett, commented on homelessness in Everett, and <br />inquired about the protocol for the release of Snohomish County inmates <br />back into the community. The city attorney stated additional information <br />will be obtained from the Everett Police Chief. <br />COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br />Budget Review #5 <br />Presented by Susy Haugen, Finance <br />Vice President Murphy stated that the Budget & Finance Subcommittee <br />met prior to the Council meeting to review budget topics in more depth. <br />Authorize Request for Proposals for banking services <br />Presented by Susy Haugen, Finance <br />Susy Haugen reviewed the Request for Proposals timeline. <br />Council Member Stonecipher commented on the options related to credit <br />card fees and the addition of this topic to a future agenda. <br />Discussion took place regarding the process for RFP review. Vice <br />President Murphy stated that Council will work with Finance to schedule a <br />date for RFP review by the Budget and Finance Subcommittee. <br />Council Member Bader joined the meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br />PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA: <br />COUNCIL BILL 1508-27 <br />SECOND READING: <br />AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2015 revised <br />City of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. 3435-15 <br />4% <br />
