City of Everett Floyd Snider Environmental Services City of Everett Floyd Snider Environmental Services Amendment No. 4 to the existing Scope of Work BACKGROUND Floyd Snider (F I S) provides environmental consulting services associated with the city's deep water outfall (formerly shared with Kimberly Clark); and environmental issues associated with the former Kimberly Clark mill site. In addition to the tasks listed in the original Scope of Work (Amended by Amendment No. 1 in December 2013). F IS will provide the following additional services per Amendment No. 4, listed below on a time and materials basis. Task 2200—Outfall 100 Sediment Sampling Support (New Task) Scope: Floyd Snider will conduct the following activities for development and finalization of a Sediment Sampling Plan, sediment sample collection, and data analysis and reporting: • Preparation of a draft Sediment Sampling Plan for City review and comment. o Includes a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) o Includes a Health and Safety Plan • Preparation of a final Sediment Sampling Plan for submittal to DNR. • Coordination with the sediment sampling contractor, and analytical laboratory contracted to the City. • Field preparation and mobilization, and demobilization following completion of sampling. • Sediment sample collection in accordance with the DNR Easement. • Coordination with the City regarding sampling results. • Data processing and loading of data to Floyd I Snider's chemical database o Includes Tier 1 (summary) data validation of all chemical results except dioxins/furans o Includes Tier 3 (full) data validation of dioxin/furan results • Preparation of a draft Sediment Sampling and Analysis Report for City review and comment. • Preparation of a final Sediment Sampling and Analysis Report for submittal to DNR and Ecology.
