1. Vu Nguyen, Shannon Hunter-Nguyen, and Loraine McCollum, shall abate all the violations of 8.20.020 A, C, and E from the property located at 1509 McDougall Avenue, Everett, NVA by removing and properly disposing of all the discarded junk, trash, broken furniture, dead vegetation, and other similar debris from the property no later than June 3, 2010. 2. Vu Nguyen and Shannon Hunter-Nguyen shall abate all violations of IRC R105.1 as adopted by EMC 16,01 on the property located at 1509 McDougall Avenue; Everett, Washington. The Respondent(s) mtr.;t complete the following corrective actions to eliminate the above conditions, related to the unauthorized construction activity A. Permits must be applied for and obtained, to conduct and complete any work that was not a portion of any previous construction work, per-iiitted by the City of Everett. These permits must be obtained by July 1,2010. if the permits are not obtained by this date,then a Demolition Permit must be obtained and all of the unauthorized construction improvements must be removed and the debris properly and legally disposed of. 1-1. Any and all work that is authorized by the permits referred to above, must be completed and approved by the City's Building Services Department, by the permit date. 3. Vu Nguyen and Shannon I lunter-Nguyen.shall abate all violations of 19.39,020 of the Land Use Code on the property located at 1509 McDougall Avenue, Everett, Washington. The Respondent, Mr. Perry must complete the following corrective actions to eliminate the above conditions, related to the unauthorized use of the structure: A. Vacate the accessory structure no later than June 1, 2010. 4. Vu Nguyen, Shannon Hunter-Nguyen, shall be fined$1,000.00 for the violations of IRC R105.1 and EMC 19.39.020. This fine will be suspended until six months of the permit. It will be reviewed at that time. 5. Vu Nguyen, Shannon Hunter.Nguyen, and Loraine McCollum shall be fined $1,500.00 joint and several which will be suspended if the property remains clean, for the aforementioned violations of EMC 8.20.020 A, C and E. 6. Payment must he made to the City of Everett Treasurer at 2930 Wetmore Suite 1.00, Everett; Washington, 08201. if payment is not made on or before June 10. 2010.
