RESOLUTION NO. 3354 <br /> A RESOLUTION pursuant to the Uniform <br /> Housing Code authorizing the clearing of <br /> junk, debris, trash, garbage and vegetation <br /> from the house and premises of the property <br /> situated at 7716 E. Casino Road, Everett, WA. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Planning/Community Development Director <br /> has found that the house and premises situated at 7716 Casino Road are <br /> substandard and endangers the life, limb, health, property, safety and <br /> welfare of the public and the occupant pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Planning/Community <br /> Development Director issued a Supplemental Notice and Order requiring the <br /> owner of the property to remove all junk, debris, trash, garbage and <br /> vegetation from the house and premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that removal of all junk, debris, <br /> trash, garbage and vegetation from the property has not taken place as was <br /> required in the Order; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Order issued by the <br /> Planning/Community Development Director was properly served on the owner of <br /> the property in question; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Planning/Community <br /> Development Director has the authority to recommend this action pursuant to <br /> the Uniform Housing Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the owner of the property at <br /> 7716 E. Casino Road, Everett, Washington has been given Notice of the <br /> Council meeting; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that there has been no appeal of the <br /> Order or Supplemental Order issued by the Planning/Community Development <br /> Director and that the appeal period has expired; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, upon due consideration, deems it in the <br /> best interest of the health, safety and welfare of the public that this <br /> Resolution be adopted requiring the removal of all junk, debris, trash, <br /> garbage and vegetation from the house and premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. That the house and premises located at 7716 E. Casino Road, Everett, <br /> Washington; which is legally described as follows; contains <br /> conditions which endanger the life, limb, health, property, safety <br /> and welfare of the public and the occupant: <br /> Lot 7, Block 3, Beverly Home Tracts, Division No 1, as <br /> per plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats on page 9, <br /> records of Snohomish County <br /> EXCEPT the East 10 feet conveyed to the City of <br /> Everett under Auditor's File No. 2132074 <br /> Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington <br />
