1 RESOLUTION NO. 333 / <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of <br /> 3 Everett, Washington, fixing a time and place for <br /> public hearing on the final assessment roll for Local <br /> 4 Improvement District No . 724 , and directing that <br /> notice thereof be given in the manner required by law. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 WHEREAS, Local Improvement District No . 724 (the <br /> 7 "District" ) was created and established by Ordinance <br /> 8 No . 1297-86 , passed by the City Council on October 1, 1986 , <br /> 9 following a hearing held pursuant to Resolution No . 2747 , passed <br /> 10 on August 27 , 1986 ; and <br /> 11 WHEREAS, Lot 20, Block 7, Plat of Intercity Addition <br /> 12 Division No . 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in <br /> 13 Volume 11 of Plats , Page 9 , Records of Snohomish County, <br /> 14 Washington ( "Lot 20" ) , was included in the description of the <br /> 15 property to be benefited by the improvements and included in the <br /> 16 District as set forth in both Resolution No . 2747 and Ordinance <br /> 17 No . 1297-86, but was omitted from the preliminary assessment <br /> 18 roll of the District ; and <br /> 19 WHEREAS, the City Council at a meeting on May 22 , 1990, <br /> 20 having heard a report and having reason to believe that Lot 20 <br /> 21 in fact is benefited by the improvements in the District , <br /> 22 directed that Lot 20 be added to the final assessment roll for <br /> 23 the District in which it properly should be included to be <br /> 24 assessed in accordance with the benefits accruing to it in <br /> 25 proportion to the assessments levied upon other property in the <br /> District ; and <br />
