1 WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for the District has <br /> 2 been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City <br /> 3 Clerk, all the assessments having been made and spread de novo <br /> 4 as ordered by the City Council to include Lot 20 , and it is <br /> 5 necessary to fix the date for a public hearing thereon before <br /> 6 the City Council ; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> 7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, <br /> 8 WASHINGTON, as follows : <br /> 9 Section 1 . The public hearing on the final assessment roll <br /> 10 for the District , as prepared to include Lot 20 , will be held <br /> 11 before the City Council at 7 : 00 p.m. , local time, in the Council <br /> 12 Chambers , City Hall , 3002 Wetmore, Everett , Washington on <br /> 13 July 18 , 1990 . <br /> 14 Section 2 . The City Clerk is instructed to cause notice to <br /> 15 be given both by mailing and publication as required by law, <br /> 16 notifying all persons who may desire to object to the final <br /> 17 assessment roll for the District to appear at the hearing and <br /> 18 present their objections .
