IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF CAROL <br /> LIVELY, TERRY SLATTEN, MARK SULLIVAN, <br /> AND JOANNE WILDMAN APPEAL 11-89 <br /> ORDER <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> On January 12, 1990, the Everett Hearing Examiner granted the appeal of Carol <br /> Lively, Terry Slatten, Mark Sullivan, and JoAnne Wildman and thereby withdrew <br /> the Certification of a Non-Conforming Use/Building for property located at <br /> 4228 South Third Avenue, Everett, Washington. On January 29, 1990, pursuant <br /> to Rules of Procedure - Everett Hearing Examiner, the property owner, Craig <br /> Van Sant, filed a request for reconsideration of the January 12, 1990, <br /> decision.
