This proposal was the applicant's preferred <br /> alternative. <br /> 2 . a 1 , 128 unit proposal , with a 47 lot single family <br /> plat adjacent to the Plat of Edgemoor Heights and the <br /> eastern portion of the Zevenbergen property, and a <br /> 120 foot buffer adjacent to the south property line <br /> of the Zevenbergen property. <br /> Planning Staff met with the CARE neighborhood group and <br /> the Applicant on September 25, 1989 to provide an opportunity <br /> for both the Applicant and the neighborhood to comment on the <br /> revised proposal prior to staff preparing a report to Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> At the October 17 , 1989 public hearing, Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval of the rezone and a master <br /> development site plan which was a revision to the applicant's <br /> second alternative, as follows: <br /> A 1,070 unit proposal (11 . 3 units per gross acre) , which <br /> includes a 47 lot single family plat, 62 townhouse units, and <br /> 961 multiple family units. Planning Commission also requested <br /> that several specific conditions be added to the concomitant <br /> agreement to the rezone. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Through the SEPA environmental review and Planning <br /> Commission review process, the project was revised from the <br /> Applicant's proposal of a rezone to allow the construction of <br /> a 1, 392 unit multiple family proposal to the Planning <br /> Commission recommendation of a rezone to allow construction of <br /> a 1 ,070 unit proposal, consisting of approximately 47 single <br /> family lots, 62 townhouse units, and 961 multiple family <br /> units. <br /> 3 <br />
